I manage a public-insurance family practice in Vienna - my wife owns the medicine, I own everything else. PraxisPlus is the operating software we built ourselves: in production since February 2026, it replaced every third-party system. ~186,000 lines of code in about 8 months - built without a development team, because AI writes the code.

Die Hypothese ist bewusst offen formuliert.

Von SaaS zu BaaS Franchise war immer das Gegenteil von Individualität - überall dasselbe. Mit einem Baukasten und einem KI-Kompositeur wird beides zum ersten Mal gleichzeitig möglich: ein System für alle, ein Betrieb für jeden.

Der Partner-Betrieb zahlt für System und laufende Learnings (Lizenz) - seine Patient:innen zahlen für ihr individuelles Programm, direkt und wiederkehrend. Zwei Erlösströme, beide unabhängig vom Kostenträger.

Das erste Produkt: das individuelle Vorsorge-Programm. Statt derselben Vorsorgeuntersuchung für alle: ein eigenes Programm je Mensch - aus dem individuellen Risikoprofil komponiert, aus einem evidenzbasierten Katalog, ärztlich verantwortet, begleitet über Jahre statt einem Termin pro Jahr.

Wer früh einsteigt, formt Baukasten, Playbooks und Struktur mit - das ist keine Floskel, sondern der Zustand des Projekts.

The hypothesis is deliberately open.

From SaaS to BaaS Franchising was always the opposite of individuality - the same thing everywhere. With a kit of building blocks and an AI composer, both become possible at once for the first time: one system for all, a business of each partner's own.

The partner practice pays for the system and its continuous learnings (license) - its patients pay for their individual program, directly and recurring. Two revenue streams, both independent of public payers.

The first product: the individual prevention program. Instead of the same annual check-up for everyone: a personal program per person - composed from the individual risk profile, out of an evidence-based catalogue, medically accountable, guided over years instead of one appointment a year.

Whoever joins early shapes the kit, the playbooks and the structure - that is not a platitude, it is the current state of the project.

Was fest steht - und was Sie mitformen würden.

Fest (nicht verhandelbar): Jede medizinische Entscheidung trifft die Ärztin, nie das System · was die Kasse zahlt, läuft über die Kasse · die Kassenpraxis bleibt bestehen. Und: Gesundheitsdaten verlassen den Betrieb nicht - ins Netzwerk fließen nur anonymisierte, aggregierte Learnings (DSGVO Art. 9).

Formbar (der eigentliche Raum): der Baukasten und seine Erweiterung, die Playbooks, die Ansprache je Zielgruppe, die Rollen im Team, die Struktur des Ganzen. Die Ökonomie wird gerade durchgerechnet - Konditionen sind bewusst noch offen.

Zwei Menschen mit ähnlichen Landkarten können Partner werden oder Wettbewerber - das entscheidet die Selbstverortung, nicht die Rhetorik.

What is fixed - and what you would shape.

Fixed (non-negotiable): Every medical decision is made by the physician, never the system · whatever public insurance covers stays with public insurance · the public-insurance practice remains. And: Health data never leaves the practice - only anonymized, aggregated learnings flow into the network (GDPR Art. 9).

Open to shape (the actual space): the kit and its extension, the playbooks, the messaging per audience, the roles in the team, the structure of the whole. The economics are being modeled right now - terms are deliberately still open.

Two people with similar maps can become partners or competitors - self-location decides that, not rhetoric.
